Chris is a recognized leader in the Okanagan commercial real estate scene, renowned for his deep expertise in retail, office, and investment properties. His sharp understanding of market trends and their impact on the region’s real estate landscape makes him a trusted advisor who helps clients navigate complex decisions with confidence.

Throughout his career, Chris has spearheaded some of the area’s most significant real estate transactions. From the successful sale, repositioning, and full lease-up of the former Orchard Gardens Shopping Centre (now Centre 97), to orchestrating the sale of the 1605 Gordon re-development property. Chris also played a key role in the repositioning and leasing of W. Brett Wilson’s PrairieWest Centre in West Kelowna and led the North American expansion of The Chopped Leaf and Wok Box, helping both brands secure over 100+ locations.

Before founding Venture Commercial, Chris was a top agent at Colliers International for over four years and a key member of the Sales & Leasing Team at DTZ Okanagan from 2007 to 2016. His career began in the restaurant industry, where he worked as a Senior Manager and Training Partner, building strong customer service skills and the ability to thrive in high-pressure situations—skills that continue to drive his success in real estate. Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. When not with family, you will find him on the golf course, basketball court and football field.
