Kyle is a driven commercial real estate professional specializing in the sales and leasing of industrial and investment properties throughout the Okanagan. Graduating from Simon Fraser University with a BBA in Finance and being a former NCAA student-athlete, Kyle brings a competitive and results-oriented approach, with a strong focus on understanding his clients’ objectives and delivering practical solutions.

Kyle’s background as an NCAA athlete, having competed four years on an NCAA Division II golf team, has played an important role in shaping his approach to business and clients. His experience in balancing high-level athletics with academics has sharpened his work ethic, attention to detail and ability to deliver results under pressure – qualities that make him a valuable asset to his clients.

Outside of work, Kyle enjoys staying active through golf, camping, travelling and exploring the outdoors. Being a member of the Kelowna Golf and Country Club for over a decade, he is passionate about the game and actively gives back to the junior development program, helping mentor the next generation of golfers. His love for the sport also extends to the Venture Commercial Charity Golf Team, where he is a crucial asset in lending his sills (and occasional frustration) to support local causes.
