Matt Glen is a driven and accomplished commercial real estate professional with deep roots in the Okanagan, bringing a results-oriented approach and a passion for community development to his role at Venture Commercial. Known for his strong market knowledge and consistent performance, Matt is focused on helping clients navigate sales and leasing opportunities across the Central and North Okanagan, with a particular emphasis on Vernon and the surrounding North Okanagan region.

Since beginning his real estate career in 2020, Matt has earned award-winning recognition every year, reflecting his work ethic, client focus, and ability to execute at a high level. He has built meaningful experience in commercial transactions, highlighted by the successful $12,500,000 sale of 5 acres of development land on Anderson Way in Vernon, demonstrating his capability in complex, high-value deals.

Raised in Vernon and having spent most of his adult life in Kelowna, Matt offers a genuine understanding of the region’s growth, investment landscape, and long-term potential. He is also a co-host of the Kelowna Real Estate Podcast, where he engages with local business leaders, political leaders, developers, and a variety of industry professionals, further strengthening his connection to the community and insight into the people and projects shaping the Okanagan. His focus on commercial real estate is driven by a desire to play a direct role in shaping the communities he has long called home, with an emphasis on projects that contribute to the economic and social vitality and development of the region.
