Organically Growing with the Right People
Chapter I: A New Venture
Twin brothers Chris and Jason Wills, driven by experience, great clients, and a desire to innovate, left a national brokerage to start their own. Their vision was simple: build a commercial real estate firm focused on people, culture, and challenging industry norms, with the core belief being prioritize people, success will follow.
Chapter II: Laying the Foundation
In March 2020, Venture Commercial, a division of Venture Realty Corp, was born. Launching amid a global pandemic wasn’t ideal, but the team pushed forward. Through hard work and strong client relationships, Venture Commercial was established as a trusted name, and the momentum also attracted top talent.
Chapter III: Growth and Evolution
As the firm gained traction, new opportunities arose. A full-time marketing coordinator was hired to enhance branding, while agents Noel Acres and Sol Benson joined, bringing fresh perspectives and new energy.
In 2021, Venture Commercial further strengthened its position by partnering with Lee Levering, a highly respected agent with extensive experience in brokerage and development. His expertise added depth to the team and reinforced the firm’s market presence.
Today, the office continues to expand with top-tier agents and valuable support staff, primed for future growth. The move to our new headquarters at 591 Bernard Avenue in Kelowna positions the firm for exciting opportunities ahead.
