Emme Needham is an experienced Marketing Coordinator with a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and brand development. Her expertise spans across branding, social media strategy, photography, videography, and graphic design. Before joining Venture Commercial, Emme served as a Social Media Manager for Untold Branding, leading digital and social media strategies for various clients. She also worked as a Marketing Specialist at ShopHopper, collaborating with Okanagan fashion retailers on creative marketing projects.

Emme’s career journey began in law, where she practiced as a Labor Lawyer in the Philippines. Her transition to marketing began when she migrated to Canada in 2019, driven by her passion for creativity and storytelling – skills that now fuel her marketing career.

Outside of work, Emme enjoys exploring creative design projects like painting and playing the ukulele, as well as gardening and spending quality time with her family.
