Jason has quickly become one of the Okanagan’s most prominent brokers in the commercial real estate, specializing in both industrial and office asset classes. Working on behalf of Buyers and Sellers, as well as Landlords and Tenants, his honest and straight forward approach to negotiations has earned him a reputation for integrity and effectiveness.

Prior to starting Venture Commercial with his twin brother, Jason worked at DTZ Barnicke and Colliers International. Throughout his 14-year career, Jason has completed some of the largest industrial and office transactions in the Okanagan. He is passionate about being part of the ever-evolving commercial real estate landscape and is always learning new and effective ways to navigate win-win outcomes for his clients.

When he’s not working, Jason treasures the time spent with his wife and 6-year-old daughter. He continues to play competitive sports, priding himself on being the best snapper in football and a corner 3-point shooter in basketball. Jason is also an avid fisherman with one of his most memorable experiences being when he filmed a Killer Whale taking half of his tyee salmon catch.
