Kyle is a driven professional excited to be starting out in his commercial real estate career. A recent Business Communications Student-Athlete graduate from Simon Fraser University, he is eager to apply his skills and knowledge within this industry. Now actively working in sales and leasing, Kyle is gaining hands-on experience in commercial transactions, market research, and negotiations, while learning from leading CRE professionals.

Kyle’s background as a former NCAA athlete, having competed for four years on an NCAA Division II golf team, has instilled him with the competitive edge needed to navigate the world of commercial real estate. His experience in balancing high-level athletics with academics has sharpened his work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to perform under pressure – qualities that make him a valuable asset to his clients.

Outside of work, Kyle enjoys staying active through golf, camping, and exploring the outdoors. A member of the Kelowna Golf and Country Club, he is passionate about the game and actively gives back to the junior development program, helping mentor the next generation of golfers. His love for the sport also extends to the Venture Commercial Charity Golf Team, where he is a crucial asset—lending his skills (and occasional frustration) to support local causes.
