Sol has been with Venture Commercial since its inception representing landlords, tenants, vendors and purchasers with a strong focus on the Okanagan market. He is an integral part of his client’s transactions assisting with projects, listings, and acquisition requirements while bringing a detail-oriented, relationship-driven approach to achieving his clients’ success. Born and raised in Kelowna, Sol has seen the valley’s growth and development firsthand. He has a strong understanding of what is needed to further the successful development of the Okanagan and is in tune with what local and out-of-market buyers, investors, and tenants look for within the valley. Sol has completed over fifty million dollars in transactions throughout his career while continuing to build long term relationships and results.

While focusing on industrial lease transactions, acquisitions, dispositions and investment sites, he has been a notable facilitator in the industry, including several years of shaping, stabilizing, and advising on a ~$350,000,000 investment portfolio.

Sol spends his time outside of work running, cycling, playing spikeball, and relaxing with his wife, Quinn, and daughter, Nell.
