Chris Wills - Director, Sales and Leasing
As a leading broker in the Okanagan marketplace, Chris has extensive knowledge of the local retail, office and investment market. He has a clear understanding of commercial real estate trends and how they affect the market. His care and attention to detail have been essential in building strong and long-term relationships with his clients, colleagues and community.
Chris has successfully completed hundreds of real estate transactions on behalf of various clients and prominent developers. Most notably, the sale, repositioning and full lease up of the former Orchard Gardens Shopping Centre along Harvey Avenue – now called Centre 97, the repositioning and full lease of W. Brett Wilson’s retail property PrairieWest Centre in West Kelowna, and being the lead broker for The Chopped Leaf’s expansion throughout North America, assisting in building the brand from 3 locations to over 100.
Prior to creating Venture Realty Commercial, Chris was one of the top agents at Colliers International for over four years, and was integral part of the Sales & Leasing Team at DTZ Okanagan from 2008 to 2016. Before real estate, Chris worked with an international restaurant group as a Senior Manager and Training Partner. This experience gave him a strong understanding of customer service, and how to succeed in high pressure environments.
When not in the Office, Chris spends invaluable time with his wife and two daughters. When it’s time to relax, you’ll find him on the basketball court or football field.

Jason Wills - Vice President, Sales and Leasing
Jason has specialized in commercial real estate for over 8 years. He has been involved in hundreds of transactions amounting to over a million square feet of commercial real estate sold, acquired or leased.
Jason’s clients benefit from his extensive experience and technical grasp of all aspects of commercial real estate. He listens to his clients, strives to understand the circumstances, and is driven to deliver excellent results.
Prior to joining Venture Commercial, Jason worked at Colliers International as a Senior Associate. During this time, Jason quickly became one of the Okanagan’s leading volume agents. Jason is excited to partner with Venture Commercial and has built many of the internal systems that will propel the firm’s success. Jason’s core values focus on creating meaningful, long lasting partnerships.
Jason loves spending time with his wife and daughter. In his spare time, he enjoys playing basketball/football and is very active in a number of local charity groups within the Okanagan.
Sol Benson - Associate, Sales and Leasing
Sol joins the Venture Commercial team as an Associate involved in leasing, sales and tenant representation throughout the Okanagan. He is an integral part of the team, assisting clients with projects and listings from start to finish. He is looking to further expand his knowledge in the commercial real estate industry and brings a detail oriented, relationship driven approach to achieving his clients’ success.
Born and raised in Kelowna, Sol has seen the city’s growth and transformation first hand. He is grateful to be a part of that growth and help facilitate the development of his community. Sol joins us with a Degree from UBC Okanagan and extensive managerial experience in the events industry where his experience managing customer relationships has transferred seamlessly to the world of commercial real estate.
Sol is a big believer in staying connected with his community and donating his time to those in need. He has built houses for underprivileged families locally and abroad, and in his off time, Sol coaches youth basketball. If not on the court, Sol enjoys long distance running, playing sports, and spending time with friends.
Noel Acres - Associate, Sales and Leasing
Noel joins the Venture Commercial team as an Associate where he is responsible for leasing, sales, and tenant representation throughout the Okanagan.
Noel’s career in real estate spans more than 5 years throughout the Okanagan, and Vancouver in the Development industry. Noel prides himself in first understanding his client’s needs, goals, and business objectives; enabling him to strategically advise his clients based on their specific real estate needs. Noel is excited to be part of the continued growth in Kelowna.
Born and raised in Kelowna, Noel earned a Bachelor of Management Degree from UBC Okanagan.
A strong believer in the fight against heart disease and stroke related conditions, Noel is a strong supporter of the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.
In his spare time, Noel enjoys spending time with family and friends, early mornings Waterskiing on Okanagan Lake, and Golfing.
Murray Wills - Senior Associate, Sales and Leasing
Murray Wills is a proven broker in the Okanagan, who has an extensive network of local, national and international clients as well as a wealth of local and regional real estate experience. He has been directly responsible for hundreds of leases and sales throughout Kelowna, the Okanagan and Kootenay regions and was instrumental in negotiating some of the largest industrial lease deals to be transacted in the Okanagan.
Murray’s main emphasis is working to bring buyers and sellers together in mutually beneficial transactions. His tenacity and attention to detail has allowed him to build and constantly improve his relationships with his clients. Murray has a clear understanding of commercial real estate trends and an intimate knowledge of the local Kelowna commercial real estate market as well as the overall BC market.
Courtney Fedevich - Licensed Project Lead
Courtney is our Project Lead. She has spent the last year supporting all of the agents and clients at Venture Commercial. She has spent the prior 5 years managing in the Restaurant Industry, where she developed her passion for people and networking. Courtney enjoys helping local entrepreneurs and business owners confidently navigate their leasing interactions.
Courtney spent the early years of her life living in Southern Ontario, Germany, and Winnipeg but is excited to re-establish her families roots in the Okanagan.
Courtney’s dream is to purchase a property in the Okanagan where she can spend her free time gardening, raising chickens and operating a local Bed and Breakfast while continuing to establish herself as a well known Commercial Sales and Leasing Associate.

Chris Grout - Manager / Broker
I am the founder, owner and Managing Broker of Venture Realty Corp. My history in business has to led to the creation of Venture Realty Corp, which has developed into one of the Okanagan’s most respected real estate companies.
After finishing my Bachelors of Science Degree and Masters of Business Administration Degree, I began my career in sales and marketing strategy with Canadian Pacific Railway. A significant achievement for me was in 2003 when I received the President’s Award for my involvement in the arbitration and eventual settlement of a multi-billion dollar contract dispute. In 2004, I joined a couple skilled partners and moved my family from Calgary to Kelowna to develop an innovative 51 unit seniors’ housing project called Mission Villas.
Venture Realty Corp. came shortly after the completion of the Mission Villas development. It was my desire to create a real estate brokerage that was structured to function as a collaborative team of highly educated professionals. Venture has achieved this goal and in 2020 started a commercial division to ensure that we can fully meet all of the real estate needs of our clients. I maintain an active life in the Kelowna business community and sit as a Director of Argent Diversified Holdings, a Kelowna based investment fund.
I’m proud to call Kelowna home and enjoy all the Okanagan has to offer with my wife, two daughters and son.

Clare Pollonais - Managing Broker
As Managing Broker, at Venture Realty Corp, I am excited to be a part of this ever-changing industry here in the Okanagan. Having grown up in Kelowna I understand what the valley can offer and am so proud to be able to call Kelowna home.
I did take some time away from the Valley and travelled overseas ending up living in Darwin, Australia. I completed my Business Degree at Charles Darwin University and entered the workforce as a Recruitment Consultant for an international recruitment company called Hudson Global Resources.
After 6 years abroad, I returned to Canada and most recently worked in Calgary as an oilfield Recruiter which is actually very similar to being a Realtor. Choosing a job and choosing a home are two of the most important decisions you can make and I don’t take that lightly. I approach this career with a customer service focus and aim to exceed expectations and make the sale or purchase of your home as seamless as possible.
I returned to Kelowna in late 2015 with my husband and daughter and am very excited to raise a family here and grow a career based on honesty and great customer service!
